There are on occasion, when no matter how bad a day you have had that the martial arts class you instruct will lift your spirits immensly. Every child and adult in tonights classes gave it everything they had and were an absolubt joy to teach. It is great to see the progression each and every student is making and it is all down to their individual hard work and efforts. All we can do as instructors is show, tell and try to motivate our students, everything else comes from their efforts. The more they put into their martial arts journey the more they get out of it. Well done to all of you tomnight, you were sincerely, amazing.

On a seperate note, a massive welcome to Ella, Jaidan and Leighton who officially joined our Karate classes this evening gaining there white belts.
