We are so excited about being able to re-open on the 4th of August and cannot wait to welcome everybody back onto the mats. Our students have shown remarkable resilience and perceverance during the lockdown and embraced every change we have had to make due to these unprecidented times. We as academy owners and instructors have learnt a lot during these uncertain times, who would have thought a year ago that training and graduations on Zoom would be something we would be doing? But we did it and we did it well, together.

Training from home has had many benefits. We have seen students that used to copy other students step up and really begin to make huge improvements to their chosen martial art. We have been able to add in the occasional belt specific lesson and helped to keep our students occupied during the height of the lockdown. We have been humbled by the support and dedication of our students, parents and carers, you guys have been amazing and given us the strength to carry on during some very challenging times.

These last few weeks we have worked tirelessly to give you an academy you can be proud of. We have fixed all the windows, fixed the walls in the training area and repainted. We have put together the best possible proceedures in place to ensure you can return to the academy with confidence knowing that we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure you or your child are training in as safe an environment as possible.

We look forward to seeing the first of our students back on the mats on Tuesday.
