We have not posted on our blog for some time. A combination of the covid pandemic and outside commitments have lead to lesss time to make such posts. This weekend however was graduation time for some of our students and they did not dissapoint. Saturday saw our kickboxing students graduate, their fitness levels, techniques and drills were tested repeatedly and everybody gave everything they had puching through mental barriers and fatigue. I big shout to those who ha a attended a lesson only a few hours before the gradution and also to those who battle through pre-exisiting injuries.

On the Sunday it was the turn of our Karate students to be put through their paces. Again this was a quiter graduation than usual but the quality of the karate was wonderful. We had students from our mini ninja classes graduting for the first time who showed great confidence and discipline. The same was true for students who have just turned 7 years old and were put into a stricter graduation with older children, we were impressed by their tenacity and can do attitude.

We had just 2 students from our high grade classes graduate this time, both students were an absolute joy to watch. The precision in their kata and techniques was simply beautiful.
