Our junior dragon classes are aimed at children between the age of 7 and 12. Unlike our mini ninja classes, these lesson last for an hour to accomadate the extra content taught to this age group. Fitness, Discipline and focus is stepped up a little in these classes as is the martial arts content being taught. Again the content being taught in these classes are age specific and designed to be fun and engaging whilst taking a slightly more serious tone than our mini ninja classes.
We currently run 3 classes per week for this age group.
